I hold a B.S. in Computer Science from Bellevue University — earned in 2009 while I was on active duty in the Air Force. I’ve spent two decades in technology. I know how the systems work, how the infrastructure fits together, and how to translate complex ideas into plain language that actually makes sense.
But here’s the honest part: when AI started changing everything, I figured it out the same way most of us figure out the things that matter — on my own time, through trial and error, because I had to. There was no course. No certification. No employer telling me to go learn it. I just dove in.

A Decade of Precision Under Pressure
From 2004 to 2013, I served in the United States Air Force as an Airborne Cryptologic Linguist specializing in Chinese Mandarin. Ten years. Flying missions. Working in high-stakes environments where clarity, accuracy, and calm under pressure weren’t optional — they were the job.
That background shaped how I approach everything. I don’t overcomplicate things. I don’t use ten words when three will do. And I don’t panic when the situation is complex.

Twenty Years in the Trenches of Technology
After the Air Force, I built a full career in IT — starting on the help desk, moving into management, and eventually working as a Customer Support Engineer and IT Specialist.
I’ve supported real users, managed real systems, and solved real problems. Not in a lab. Not in a demo. In the actual daily grind of keeping technology working for people who need it to work.
That means I understand what it’s like when something breaks and nobody has time to wait. I understand the frustration of getting “tech support” that doesn’t actually support you. And I understand that most small business owners don’t need a lecture — they need a solution.
