The Mission
Most small businesses — under 50 employees, doing real work in real communities — have been priced out of quality technology support. AI changed that. We’re here to make sure Southwest Missouri doesn’t get left behind.
The Name
MT stands for Meadow Time — our family farm on the Finley River in Ozark, Missouri. Vector is an aviation term: the precise path from where you are to where you need to be. That’s what we do. We help you find your vector.
About Michael
Michael Bloom — Ozark, Missouri
- 10 years in the United States Air Force — RC-135 airborne intelligence
- Landscaper, community member, farmer
- 10+ years in IT and technology consulting after the military
- 12 years consulting for small businesses and government organizations
- Honorably discharged United States Air Force veteran
- Currently operates Meadow Time Farms with his family on the Finley River

How We Work
We come to you. Training happens on-site, outside your business hours so your day never stops. We serve Southwest Missouri directly. Outside our region, we’ll work with you — travel and logistics quoted case by case.
